Legal document storage needs to be completely, 100% secure. Our storage facility is accessible only to our CRB checked staff, and is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. Not only that, but it is fully protected against fire and flood, and linked via Red Care to police and fire stations.
 

Barcode tracking
Our barcode tracking system enables you to track your legal documents throughout the storage process. We can also index your documents for you, if you require. Our CRB checked drivers will then scan and load the documents into the collection vans. Documents are scanned at three points throughout the journey, so we, and you, can always track their whereabouts.  
 

Accessing your stored documents
If you require access to your stored legal documents, it is very easy to request them back. Simply contact us via phone or email, or use our online ordering service, and arrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. We can offer 24 hour retrieval, and same day or next day delivery if required. One of our drivers will deliver your documents to you and they will be collected and returned to our secure document storage facility once you have finished with them.
