Every week Shredall sends Client Surveys out to a random selection of customers and January 2007 has once again proved that customer satisfaction is Shredall's priority. Out of those surveys returned in January 100% of customers agreed that:

3) Shredall office and sales staff are polite, professional, informative and friendly.
4) Shredall office staff are efficient at returning phone calls, faxes and emails regarding queries.
5) Shredall provides a cost effective shredding service.
