Sponsoring the awards is a great opportunity to celebrate local business successes, bringing together a variety of businesses from all industries. Nottingham is a vibrant city with many organisations big and small. It’s a great chance to network with individuals and collaborate with local businesses. The customer service category presented itself as an obvious choice for us as we have always prided ourselves with exceptional customer service and feel it’s the most important aspect of any business.
This award recognises those companies that make customer service a priority in their day to day operations. We will be looking for a company that can demonstrate how they deliver excellent customer service and can showcase this with testimonials and through their methods.
