On Site Shredding

Collections can be made on an ad hoc or scheduled basis. Shredall's custom built mobile shredding vehicles visit your site/offices, at a predetermined time, and perform on-site shredding of your confidential waste. Shedall's operatives porter the waste to the vehicle where it is weighed and shredded.

Our shredding machine is fast and efficient, calibrated to shred approximately 1000kgs of paper per hour.

On completion of the on-site service we'll issue a certificate of destruction showing the weight and details of the collection. The shredded waste is then compacted into the rear compartment of the vehicle, locked and transported to our depot where it is baled and stored.

On Site Shredding and Compliance

Shredall's code of ethics is in compliance with the new British Standard BS EN15713 Secure Destruction of Confidential Material. This includes security levels, vetting of personnel (to BS 7858:2004) contracts with customers and recycling. All services provided have full auditable waste streams and conform to the Environmental Agency and Government Legislation including the Data Protection Act 1998.

The Shredall site is covered by 24-hour surveillance cameras and a webcam service for those customers who wish to take a closer look at Shredall operations.
 

Cabinets/Bins/Sacks

Shredall offers a variety of lockable bins, cabinets/datasafes and sacks for the safe storage of confidential waste prior to on-site shredding. Wooden cabinets/datasafes can also be ordered to match your office furniture. These can be viewed on our bins and containers page.
