Security

The security of your documents and data is of paramount importance to us. Which is why our document storage facilities are protected in many ways that ensure optimum site security.

Intruder alarm systems are installed across all sites. These are backed up by CCTV and web cam. Redcare signalling links intruder alarms to local Police Stations.  

All visitors are accompanied onsite and all contractors are subject to the contractor management system. It is therefore the case that our sites are as secure as possible against theft, burglary, vandalism, terrorism and other criminal acts. There have been no security breaches to date. All staff are security vetted to BS7858 (inclusive of CRB check).
