Verishred Shredding Technology

Having seen the Verishred software demonstrated back in 2003, Shredall soon realised that this package would be essential to assist with the rapid company expansion Shredall was experiencing year on year. The software now enables Shredall to track service levels and frequency of services, allows geographical scheduling, tracks the amount of bins and cabinets that clients purchase or rent and allows e-invoicing.  With over 1000 bins and containers situated across the country the software has now simplified many company processes from invoicing to schedules.

Andrews Software, of Cleveland Ohio, have designed the software based on their knowledge of their own record centre and shredding operations. The development of this product has been greatly enhanced by feedback from the industry, not only in the U.S. but also Europe. Andrews Software has gone from strength to strength, devoting time and resources to improve the product over the last 12 months.

As pioneers of Verishred in Europe, Shredall upgraded its software in October. After attending the ASI Seminar in Cleveland Ohio and having had training on the software upgrades Shredall is now ready to benefit from the add-ons. The recent additions ease account set up, bin tracking and allow point of service client signatures which are replicated for certificates of destruction and also invoicing. With the addition of total weights and sub-streaming of one invoice, or multiples for clients with multi-budget accounting systems or multiple sites, Shredall is now at the forefront of the industry. The scanning at point of collection will also inform the clients of dates attended and service levels given.  

Additional add-ons to the system, include tracking and navigational systems, will reduce time on the road and running costs and assist Shredall in its efforts to be eco-friendly and competitive.
