SDS Document Storage are happy to announce that after a busy few months, the new SDS’s Document Storage depot is in working order and we now have a brand new extended 60,000sqft secure archive. SDS now have additional space for 100,000 new document storage boxes with the warehouse already half full and new customers joining the SDS family each month.
Refurbishments started at the beginning of the year with racking for the document storage boxes erected and new eco lighting installed. The new and improved Midlands based depot is the leading Document Storage, Back up Tape Storage and Deed and Media Vault Storage Warehouse in the midlands and surrounding cities. We successfully have many London and Birmingham based clients and are proud to be a national company.

Mark Spencer is our local MP based in the neighbouring village so it made sense to invite him to be part of our day”

Due to the high demand in electronic archive solutions, many customers and prospect customers want to move to ‘the cloud’, SDS’s Records Management software ‘Active web’ enables our customers to centralise the management of physical and electronic records. As a result our customers can have more space, find records faster, have lower risks of noncompliance and can cut storage costs.
The SDS Document Storage expansion has created more space for the delivery of brand new, top of the range, scanning machines capable to scan 230 A4 sheets per minute.
