Shredall SDS Group has continual assessments to improve working practices throughout the entire organisation. Our certification under ISO 9001 highlights our strong commitment to quality, service and customer excellence.

The successful certification audit is the result of substantial efforts of the entire Shredall SDS Group in implementing new ways of organising and delivering our work. In addition to ISO 9001 we also already have certification in management of:
- Environment (ISO 14001)
- Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001)
We are also working towards ISO 27001 – this is an Information Security Accreditation which aims to improve our I.T and physical security.
Our auditor, Nigel Turner at the NQA summarised our audit report –
“The company has taken good action to address the findings of the last surveillance visit and has continued to maintain and improve its quality management systems. The management team has been strengthened to enable better coordination of system management in the period since the last visit, to better match the growth of the business.”
He continued “I was impressed with the improvements made to systems such as audit, management review, training and vetting. My visit also included a customer site visit to verify the on-site document shredding process and controls relating to this were very well demonstrated and provide confidence in the working methods employed and protection of customer confidential data.”
Turner concluded “With no nonconformities identified, continued validity of certification to ISO 9001:2008 is confirmed.”
Shredall SDS Group has developed and expanded from a one man band to a successful confidential destruction and data storage and scanning company with a team of over 45 people.
