ISO 9001 addresses various aspects of quality management and sets out the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on several quality management principles including strong customer focus, the motivation and leadership of top management and the process approach and continual improvement.

Shredall SDS Group continues to hold ISO 9001 certification for another year, demonstrating our continued commitment to providing excellent customer service and a consistently improving our quality management systems.

Carole Woolhouse, Compliance Manager at Shredall SDS Group was delighted with the news,

Regular visits from NQA keep Shredall SDS Group on its toes – and last week’s ISO 9001 Quality Management audit was no exception – so I’m really pleased with the outcome of ‘continued registration’ to this customer-focused standard! Once again, Shredall SDS Group has achieved a clean ISO 9001 audit with no nonconformities, a rewarding outcome for those of us across the Group who work with the standard throughout the year.”

Retaining ISO 9001 is especially important to Shredall SDS Group, adding to the strength of its reputation and demonstrating to customers that service delivery and their satisfaction is at the heart of the business.

As the ISO 9001 audit includes codes of practice for shredding (BS EN 15713) and security screening (BS 7858), our shredding customers rest assured that they are working with a reliable GDPR-compliant data destruction company.

Carole continues “Shredall SDS Group has a long-standing relationship with NQA and ISO 9001 auditor and values the insight this relationship brings year-on-year as the Group goes from strength to strength. Through our ISO 9001 and other certifications, Shredall SDS Group demonstrates customer satisfaction, operational capability (which is important for our nationwide customers), competence for all workers and professional standing in the document management industry.”
