How does our self storage process work?

If it’s easier, we can collect your belongings from your business or home to save you from travelling to our storage site. We’ll carry the items to and from our vehicle, saving you from any heavy lifting.
At our facility or during collection, we’ll ask you to sign any important documents and agreements, and discuss our security measures to give you peace of mind.
When your items have made it to our site, you can either supply your own padlock, or we can provide you with one of our own (we also offer a packaging shop if you need any other storage supplies).
We’ll then place all your items in the container storage unit, using barcode tracking to give you live updates on the whereabouts of your belongings at all times.
Once you’re ready to collect your belongings, simply visit our facility or get in touch to arrange delivery. We can be extremely flexible, often delivering on the same day as your retrieval request!
