27 Years in Business Growth for Shredall SDS Group, with New Sister Site Loft Self Storage!

After 27 years in business, we’re seeing continued growth. And now we’re pleased to announce that the recent opening of the Loft Self Storage facility in Hucknall, Portland Road, has got off to a very successful start!

Phase 1 of the Hucknall project is now complete, meaning that we’ve expanded from container storage to opening indoor storage units to the general public and businesses. And after just 10 weeks of opening, Loft Self Storage has reached over 70% occupancy of their self storage units, with lots of interest in self storage services from across the local area.

Shredall SDS Group have been critical in supporting the opening of the new storage facility, helping bring new jobs and business to the local area.

Phase 2 will see more indoor units made available in the coming months, along with outside ‘pods’ which are similar to self storage containers. This phase has started and will be ready in around 8 weeks.

What are the opening times? 7 am-7 pm, 7 days a week

Will there be any security on the site? Covered by 24 hour CCTV surveillance that is externally monitored, each indoor unit is individually alarmed and for gate access clients will get a unique passcode. All staff are DBS checked. Your unit is only accessible by you.

What are Loft offering? 2.2 acre site for a mixture of indoor and outdoor self storage solutions. Self-storage for homeowners, students, businesses and more. We're also offering caravan, motorhome and vehicle storage and have offices to rent.

What size are the units available? 10 sq ft to 175 sq ft secure units are available.
