The Challenge
Our client, a luxury fragrance company, needed to dispose of a range of damaged, end of line and out of date items. The products included paper and cardboard waste, perfume glass bottles, paper boxes, damaged rubber door panels, electrical items and wood. Companies who decide to have a massive clear out are more than likely to have a range of items, not just paper waste. It’s very common for retailers to have left over stock that can no longer be sold with the decision on what to do with the old stock.
Disposing a variety of materials with one company is a lot easier than sourcing different businesses to get the job done. A decision needs to be made on what to do with the end of line products and how they can be disposed of confidentially. Our client’s motive was to securely destroy products and office equipment by using a company with high standards of compliance to ensure they are trustworthy and can recycle a range of materials.
The Solution
Shredall SDS Group has a wealth of experience when it comes to destruction, shredding and recycling of a range of materials and items. We invest heavily in mandatory initiatives, we meet industry and international standards, we worked with our client to understand the specific demands of their industry and ensure we had the correct compliance in place.
We collected 300kg of paper and cardboard, 200kg of perfume glass bottles and paper boxes, 250kg electricals, 110kg of wood and two 3.5m damaged long aluminium and rubber door panels, which was shredded and recycled off-site at our secure depot.
Shredall recycle 100% of paper waste, as well as cardboard, electronic waste and product waste, we are committed to making sure that none of the waste we can recycle goes to landfill. Commercial recycling is a crucial part of making sure we all do our part for the environment.

These items have now been securely destroyed our client can be confident that all items will never be seen again or sold by anyone else.
