Shredall SDS Group are pleased to announce we have been re-certified and migrated to the latsest version of ISO 9001.
The Group’s Compliance Manager, Carole Woolhouse comments:
“Hard work and commitment at all levels have paid off. We have been doubly successful on this occasion as our May audit has resulted in both re-certification and migration to the latest version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015, in one fell swoop. It once again sends out the right message to our customers. Our QMS is in great shape - officially!”
Managing Director, Lloyd Williams, comments, “Shredall SDS Group has successfully used the ISO 9001 standard as the foundation for quality for many years. Nevertheless, we relished the challenge of working with the latest version and saw it as an opportunity to breathe new life into our QMS”.
He continues, “With even greater emphasis on active management and leadership, embedded compliance culture at operational level, and risk-based thinking, this new version of the standard has already done much to improve and strengthen the quality of our performance”.
The auditor from the NQA assessment team recorded positive messages across the whole business, he comments,
“The management of the SDS archive processes was very well demonstrated, providing a high level of confidence in the care taken with customer property, file and box traceability and customer service levels provided”.
“Shredall operationally, day to day processes for the management of the secure destruction and archive handling of customer documents are in good control and traceability, administration and housekeeping on the site seem to be of a high standard”.
