SDS Box is capable of scanning documents of any size, ranging from till receipts right up to A0 pages. Types of paperwork we scan include general office documents, invoices and purchase orders, company accounts, surveys and questionnaires, name and address reply slips, coupons, cheques, receipts, courier documents, photographs and letters.

How can I access my files once they have been scanned?

We offer a comprehensive range of options when it comes to accessing your files as part of our digital scanning service, ensuring that the entire process is as easy and convenient as possible.

Once your documents have been scanned and converted into a digital format, you’ll be able to access them via email, online network server, USB drive, mailbox, secure FTP, or directly to you (SMB or FTP).

What steps are taken to ensure that my documents are secure?

Our operatives are fully vetted and DBS-checked to comply with BS 7858. At our high-security storage facilities, your documents will be protected by intruder alarms linked to police stations via Redcare and monitored by 24-hour CCTV, giving you complete peace of mind.

Rest assured that your files are safe in transit, too: each box of documents is carefully scanned using our barcode system, and you will be provided with a full audit trail, allowing you to track your documents through all stages of the transportation, delivery, and retrieval process.

Are your document storage and scanning services fully GDPR-compliant?
