The solution
The company partnered with Shredall SDS Group to implement a comprehensive scheduled shredding solution. This involved regular, on-site visits to each UK location to securely shred confidential waste, either on a daily, weekly, or bi-monthly schedule depending upon location.
Lockable consoles were also provided to each site to keep all confidential waste locked and secure at all times. Utilising Shred Tech MDX3 high security shredding vehicles, Shredall SDS Group were able to provide mobile shredding services for each location, shredding and then recycling all confidential waste they produced.
Additionally, they required WEEE destruction of electronic waste containing confidential information, such as hard drives, discs, and tapes, with a full audit trail and scan validation provided. The solution was complimented by detailed reporting on shredding activities, recycling rates, and the environmental impact of this improvement in their document management.
