Following a competitive tender process, Shredall SDS Group was selected to deliver a comprehensive, secure shredding solution. Under the leadership of Ben Shipley, National Group Head of Sales and Commercial, we implemented a scheduled on-site shredding service tailored to the client’s multi-site structure.
From the deployment of secure, lockable shredding consoles to the execution of high-security on-site shredding and tracked transportation, every step of the process was designed to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Over the past 12 months, our service has consistently delivered secure, efficient, and fully auditable data destruction.
Security & compliance
All procedures adhere to BS EN 15713 standards, ensuring full GDPR compliance. Our mobile shredding units meet government, CPNI, DIN, and European standards, offering clients the option to witness document destruction on-site for added assurance.
In addition to paper records, we addressed the secure disposal of uniforms, hard drives, and obsolete IT equipment at the client’s headquarters. These items are now destroyed on a monthly basis, further reducing risk and supporting the client’s data protection strategy.
Our work also complemented the client’s digitisation efforts. As documents were scanned and archived, we facilitated the secure destruction and recycling of redundant paper records, contributing to their overarching and business essential compliance and sustainability goals.
