A message from Shredall SDS Group Directors
"This year has been like no other and has seen challenges like never before. As an independent family business, we are thinking of our loyal customers, our new clients, our amazing team and their extended families as we end what has been a somewhat turbulent year for all of us!
Our clients nationwide have had to adapt massively to this unprecedented year. Some have had major purges, others have scanned and stored their business in different ways, the majority being off-site and digital. They have tidied up back offices, outsourced confidential storage, shredding documents and catalogued their data to provide business support to their home workers by using our ‘scan on demand’ service. In turn, we at Shredall SDS Group have risen to every challenge in front of us whether by operating keyworker collections with a skeletal staff, at the heart of the pandemic or by collecting in different ways either from homeworkers or safe environments. Our customers have found ways to operate whilst we keep our team as safe as possible.
Customers have raised the bar in their requests and requirements and our dedicated team have met every challenge head on through flexibility and working in unity. We have always believed here at Shredall SDS Group we are an extension of all and every customer.
When we woke up on the first of January 2020, we couldn’t have comprehended what was going to happen to the working and personal lives of everyone this year. Perhaps, like the Americans we should have created a day of ‘thanksgiving’ at the end of this year to give thanks to all who have supported us, our NHS hospitals, furlough scheme, supermarkets, care homes and even our politicians that have clearly been tested. Maybe that’ll still come in time…
Let’s hope 2021 is a more positive year for all and from everyone at Shredall SDS Group, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Lloyd, Lucy and Nick
