After a successful depot launch last year from Larkhall to Bellshill, Shredall Scotland opened its door to external auditors from NQA.
With the new Bellshill depot now offering compliant off-site as well as on-site secure shredding and recycling services across Scotland and northern England, the Bellshill team and managers from head office, welcomed NQA to site for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 – showcasing its new facilities including new state-of-the-art shredding equipment and processes across a two-day audit.
Day One focused on ISO 45001, the new ISO for Health and Safety, auditor Sean Pyne comments:
“It was encouraging to see a well-documented Management system in place which was easy to navigate, coupled with strong top management commitment will allow the company to further identify risk & opportunities, develop their Management System & to continue to meet customer requirements.”
“All was very positive towards the organisation’s approach to Health and Safety”
Day Two focused on both ISO 14001 –for environmental management and ISO 9001, for quality management with the auditor observing well controlled risks and opportunities within the shredding depot.
