Shredall SDS Group's document storage services lets you store those documents in a secure location, letting you use all of the space you’re paying for.
London is a busy place, and we know that you don’t want to have to worry about how to get your documents to a storage facility. Instead, we supply you with flat pack boxes ahead of time, and then a trained storage operative will come to collect them from your premises, even if you’re in the middle of the capital.
Our operative will scan each box into their truck, and a member of your team will date, time and sign a work order to show that the collection has been carried out as planned. All of our staff will be uniformed and security vetted so that you can have complete confidence in the safety of your documents.
Your documents will be transported from your London premises to our Nottingham depot, where they will be scanned into their secure storage location. As soon as the boxes have been scanned in, they will be available for retrieval, and you will receive a detailed inventory report.
Retrieving your items
You can ask for specific boxes to be delivered to your office at any time. We can work to dates determined in advance, next day delivery, or even emergency same day delivery, or we can scan documents and send them to you electronically.
